Lake Tahoe Camp Meeting
Reno Area Convocation
Monday evening, July 30 to Saturday evening, August 4, 2012

 We are moving! We will be moving to the Tahoe Valley Campground for our campmeeting next summer. This campground is located off of Hwy 50 and C Street at South Lake Tahoe. You’ll love the campsites. The lanes are asphalted, full hookups for all RVs, fire pits and picnic tables, plenty of space for the tent-camping families, and located in the quietness of the tall pines. Dogs are welcome; however, they must be kept on leashes and cannot be left unattended.

For RESERVATIONS: phone Tahoe Valley Campground, 530-541-2222 and ask for Joel. Tell them you are with the SDA Camp meeting and they will give you a discount. This needs to be done as soon as possible. They will ask for $100 as a deposit and collect the remainder when you arrive for camp meeting. 

There will be plenty of space for the large meeting tents in the group site area. You can visit their web site at RVontheGo.com for further information and a campsite map. We will have our banner and other signs to help guide you to the area where we’ll be located.

Seminars will be given daily and The Heralds will be giving a Sabbath concert! There will be daily activities for all ages from Cradle Roll to Teens stories, music, crafts, outings and beach fun. The campground has a pool, volleyball and basketball courts, horse shoes, etc.

Food service will be available for all those who wish good hot meals or meals on-the-go at their Deli. Rita Tompkins and her crew will be returning to serve three delicious meals daily! Sabbath meal tickets will be sold until Friday noon.

You will find the Ministry Lane an interesting place to learn about Academies, Colleges and self-supporting gospel work. If you would like to have a booth, we’ll be happy to send you an application.

The Adventist Book Center will have books for adults, teens and children, CDs, DVD’s and cases of many kinds of veggie products…at special camp meeting prices. This is a great place to browse and visit with friends!
